		Name twin! Also from a sort of similar world, enough to understand each other pretty well right off the bat. She's weird and calls cookies biscuits and is very short even though she's older.

		An elf (!!!) that can't read since he was a slave. Ellie feels sorry for him, and intends to share her comics with him when she has the time--she'll read them to him if she has to.

		Holy shit she has superpowers that are useful as hell, and she helped her find Joel. Ellie is fond of her already.

		Ellie likes him because he was honest and gave her cookies. Apparently, he's pretty messed up. But he seems nicer than most of the people she's met at home, so she doesn't quite buy the "dangerous" warnings she's gotten.

		Joel is the most important person in Ellie's life. He's a partner, friend, protector, and the closest thing she's ever had to a father. She'll do anything to keep him safe. They've gone through hell and back together, and Ellie wouldn't rather have anyone else by her side.

		Met while exploring. Strange historic cat trivia abounds. Ellie finds her interesting, and appreciates that even after one meeting she thought to check up on her. Who does that?

		Healed Joel. Sort of strange, but that's mostly because of the hair.

		A real superhero--Batgirl. Somehow, Ellie's found a sort of big sister in Stephanie. She looks out for her, has a nickname for her, shows her all sorts of cool stuff and is pretty fucking cool herself. It's a little scary.
STEPHANIE controlledvariable
		For the brief time Tess and Ellie knew each other, they got along well enough for Ellie to feel comfortable chatting with her. However, Tess' death cut things short, and saddled Ellie with a lot of guilt.
